Please be aware that DMS products are being made at DMS's studio in a different location.
The orders will be processed separately, thus the dispatching speed will vary, and there will be two or more packages if an order contains products from both studios (no combined shipping).
SHIPPING METHOD
Items will be shipped via DHL or EMS. EMS Cooperative has different operators in different countries, such as USPS in US, Parcelforce in UK, Chronopost in France etc.
It usually takes 5 - 7 working days for EMS, or 3 - 4 days for DHL to deliver
UPS service can also be used if the customer specify.
DISPATCH TIME, RETURN & REPLACEMENT

All items are made to order, but sometimes most popular items will be in stock.

If not in stock, it usually takes 2 - 4 working days days to produce one mask, longer time is possible during busy period. DMS's product might take between 5 - 7 working days.

All sales are final, we do not issue refunds for our items as all items are made to order.
Make sure you double check the size chart before you order so that the products will fit properly. -
We always inspect the item carefully before shipping, if an item is found to be defective due to the fault of our own, we will replace the item at no additional charge.
